David K. Leach, RPh. is the President and Pharmacist in Charge and Monticello Drugs. David attended East Tennessee State University and then graduated Mercer University Southern School of Pharmacy. David has practiced pharmacy for over 25 years. He and family have lived in Monticello for over 10 years.
Tammy Rockmore is the longest serving staff member of Monticello Drugs. She has been with the company for over 25 years. She has a firm grasp of all aspects of the stores workings. Tammy can be found either out front working our over the counter products, in the electornics/gift store or in the pharmacy. She and her husband, Casey, are lifetime residents of Monticello.
Candice T. "Mia" Stewart serves as Lead Technician of Monticello Drugs. Mia has been with the company for over 10 years. She is an exceptional technician with an eye for detail. She cares for her patients and her coworkers deeply. Mia and her family are lifetime residents of Monticello.
James Ross Hays is a Pharmacy Technician Certification Board certified pharmacy technician. He has been with the company for over 5 years. Ross loves his patients and his job. He is an avid reader, enjoys politics, and loves spending time with his two daughters. Ross and his family moved from Newton County to Monticello in 2013.
Courtney Fritz is the newest member of the Moticello Drugs family. She is a 2011 graduate of Monticello High School. She worked for several years for Ingles and came to Monticello Drugs in 2014. She, like most of our employees, works each area of the store on any given day. Courtney and her husband live in Monticello.
Amanda Berg has been with Monticello Drugs for over 3 years. She graduated from Georgia State University with a K-6 teaching certificate. She taught at Piedmont Accademy in Monticello for 9 years. She enjoys scrapbooking and spending time with friends and family. She and her husband live in Butts County.
Caitlin Tillman is one of our youngest employees. She has been with the company for 2 years. She is currently attending college with hopes to graduate in the near future.
Lynda Sprayberry is retired from the Georgia Department of Family and Children's Services. She has worked at Monticello Drugs as a Pharmacy Technician for nearly 10 yeras. She and her family are lifetime residents of Monticello.
Linda Zmistowski is retired from the Newton County Board of Education where she worked as an administrative assistant for South Salem Elementary School for several years. "Mrs. Z," who is originally from Florida, moved to Monticello several years ago. She and her husband enjoy traveling and spending time with her granddaughter.
